Description and characteristics of the product
This plate is hand made of chamotte clay (crushed clay kilned previously) using milk kilning technique. The product is baked at the very high temperature, processed with milk and then kilned again. The ceramic plate is created with impregnations of metal and painted with food glaze. It is perfectly suitable for serving pastries or fritters.
The product should be washed without the use of detergents.
