Description and characteristics of the product
This icon is printed on a wooden basis with the use of acrylics, craquelure varnish and primer. This is a copy of miracle-working icon of the Verkhrat Mother of God dated on XVII century. The original is kept in the Krekhiv monastery located in the Western Ukraine and attracts a lot of pilgrims from all over the country. The icon is painted in compliance with Byzantine style and traditions keeping all canons of icon-painting.
