Ceramic handmade bell is made of red and white clay. The ornament is applied to the article using clay engraving technique. First the pattern is carved with a special awl, and only then it is filled with mineral paints engobes. This is Hutsul (Ukrainian western peoples) ceramics. Its unique feature is that you can not predict which pattern will appear on the article, because the paint is "alive". While firing the stove "draws" on a clay by itself. You can see picturesque drips and drops on this product that complement the main ornamentation.
