The Ancient Slavs made such motanka dolls in the shape of a horse especially for children. It has been considered that the symbol of horse gives strength and brings success. This horse is made on a wire frame with the use of natural materials. The toy is decorated with braid, leather, wooden beads, velvet and ribbons.
