Description and characteristics of the product
Pysanka is made of ostrich egg, painted with hot wax and acid etching. This technique involves applying an ornament on an egg. Then lines are encircled with wax and egg is dipped in a solution of hydrochloric acid. Next, etched shell remnants are simply removed. This procedure is repeated with the easter egg a few more times.
