Description and characteristics of the product
This brown clay plate is decorated with beautiful floral ornament made using the Hutsul (the Western Ukrainian) painting. It is made with the use of mineral paints called engobes and underglaze coating. Green color is prevailing in the ornament on this plate. In Hutsul painting this color symbolizes the plants and two other colors - yellow and brown - symbolize the sun and the ground.
