This figurine is cast of plaster in the shape of Dazhbog. This is one of the chief representatives of the Slavic pantheon - the God of fertility and sunlight. According to the legend he was one of the Svarog family, a son of Svarog. His sons were sent to people to make life easier and happier. The plaster figurine is kilned, covered with wood stain and varnished.
