This magnificent wall panel will charm you with its humor. Cat, rapturously looking at aquarium fish, is certainly thinking about the injustice of the fate. This charming wall adornment is made of paper, decorative napkins, fibreboard and wooden frame. The picture is made using decoupage technique (attaching the pattern to the picture) with the help of PVA glue and acrylic paint. Note: decoupage technique image may differ from one in the photo.
