This wine barrel is made of blue clay, treated using the techniques of glazing and waxing. Due to a special method of treating, this item became flat, smooth, shining and solid. And it's such a pleasure to pour wine or any other beverage out of this barrel! It is not surprising why in the Middle Ages even the knights' homes used ceramic cookware.
