It means that fiber are imbued with soap solution and then stacked with strands on each other to get a desirable shape and thickness. The product is decorated with fibers of nettle and bamboo. This felted scarf is very warm and pleasant to the touch. Thanks to the length, you can wear this designer accessory having wrapped it round your neck or just having put one edge on your shoulder.
