Such cooking pans are called ketsi.
This set of cookware consists of three ceramic roasting pans. Capacity of each of them makes 200 ml. The items are made of red clay that is eco friendly material. Before the second kilning in furnace these pans were processed with creamy milk. They are used for cooking bread in Georgian cuisine.
The items can be put in an oven and microwave. They can be ordered in different sizes up to 30x40x80.
